A lightweight liquid blush, Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blushes have a long-lasting formula and effortlessly blends into the skin. They come in a variety of shades to suit all skin tones, and they can be worn alone or layered with other makeup products. These are one of my favorite liquid blushes and are very pigmented. Just one dab from the applicator on each cheek is enough for a natural flush of color. Once blended, I can't tell the difference between the matte and radiant finishes. I believe the dewy look of the blush will depend on your skin type and the type of foundation you wear.
