Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Eau de Parfum Review

The Flowerbomb eau de parfum is described as “powerful floral top notes of freesia accord entwined with the addictive scent of peony oil to lift the senses. It’s laced with overtones of intoxicating Sambac jasmine rose accord which enchants. The base note of exotic peony embodies the fragrance essence of a tantalizing aura with the mystery of a captivating and enchanting woman.”

The sweet floral scent isn’t overpowering, but it can be a bit one note without the complexity and layers of other perfumes. It is a fairly feminine leaning fragrance. I do think that you can layer this with other gender-neutral scents or perfumes with more musk or wood notes to tone down the sweet flower scent.

I liked that the gift set included a travel size of Flowerbomb. As someone who likes having many options for my perfumes, I can easily take this on vacation with me so I can change my line-up of scents while I travel.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Body Lotion and Body Cream Review

The Flowerbomb body lotion and body cream have the same floral scent as the Flowerbomb perfume, albeit at a concentrated and more intense level. The body cream is a thicker formula, but both the cream and lotion provide hydration for smoother skin. I don’t wear scented body lotions since I don’t want my perfumes to mix with the lotion scent. But if you only wear one type of perfume, or none, this is a suitable option to have long-lasting fragrance without having to refresh your perfume.
