Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Anti-Aging Soft Cream Review
The New Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Soft Cream
The Super Multi-Corrective Soft Cream is the new anti-aging facial moisturizer from Kiehl's specifically for oily to combination skin types. It "firms and lifts skin, while reducing the appearance of wrinkles, boosting radiance, and improving skin’s elasticity to create a smoother texture and more even tone." It has a lightweight formula that lifts skin appearance and creates a healthy skin complexion. You can apply it for both day time or night time. It has no discernable fragrance other than a faint chemical scent. I received this product for free through Influenster for my honest review.

Kiehl's Nourishing Cream Vs. Soft Cream
The other version of Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Cream is a rich and nourishing facial cream formula and meant for normal to dry skin types. It is an opaque white cream and thicker in texture. This Soft Cream version is a lightweight gel like formula targeting oily and combination skin types. Both offer anti-aging, smoothing, and firming benefits for your skin. Which version is best for you will depend on your skin type. You can visit the Kiehl's website for a full ingredient list.
Super Multi-Corrective Soft Cream Review
I was sent the Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Soft Cream through the Influenster program for an honest review. I started using it as part of my night time skin care routine along with my usual toner, retinol, night mask, and eye cream. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks now, and I'm really loving the texture it gives my skin overnight. I was pretty interested in seeing if I would see any difference in my skin as the jar boasts that it "visibly firms, lifts, smooths, boosts radiance, moisturizes, evens textures, and enhances healthy complexion."
For reference, I am turning 38 this year, so treating aging and mature skin has begun to be a concern. I have combination skin, with my T zone area being my most oily section of my face. I also have some skin sensitivity with redness in my cheeks as I've gotten older. So this anti-aging lifting cream seems like the perfect product to target some visible signs of aging such as the sagging I've noticed near my eyes and jaw line. I don't have many fine lines or wrinkles in my skin texture as of yet, but I can confirm that this corrective cream does plump and hydrate my skin as it absorbs over night.
As mentioned before, I use the Soft Cream as part of my multi step skincare night time routine. The other products I use in combination with the Kiehl's Soft Cream are Laniege Cream Skin Toner and Moisturizer, Drunk Elephant A-Passioni Retinol Cream, Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Sleeping Pack, and Laniege Cream Skin Mist. You might be wondering how I know it's the Kiehl's cream that is actually making the difference in my skin. I actually incorporated it into my regular skincare routine which I have been doing for at least six months already. I apply it by massaging the cream evenly all over the face and neck as my last step before misting my face.
So far I've been using the Soft Cream for almost 4 weeks of use, and I like it so much I will continue to use up the jar. I could feel on first application that my skin had an extra dew and elasticity to it that even with the other products mentioned I did not achieve. The texture of the cream is more of a gel than a thick cream, which adds to its light weight feel on the skin. I can tell that it really absorbs into the skin rather than just sitting on top as some other creams do. It creates the feeling of the Korean beauty trend of "glass skin", a dewy, hydrated, and smooth skin appearance.
I can recommend this cream if you live in an area with dry summers and winters, as I do. I think it will help get rid of dry patches of skin caused by dry weather which occurs every so often. After I started using this lightweight cream, my skin feels like it stays well hydrated for longer overnight. It doesn't feel greasy, rather it has a soft and supple, almost bouncy feel to the skin. This is probably the elasticity while reducing skin roughness that Kiehl's says is a benefit of using this cream.
Final Thoughts
This is my first time using this product and I would recommend the Multi-Corrective Soft Cream to anyone who is concerned about the multiple signs of aging in their skin. Although I can't attest to the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles yet, using it once a day has improved skin elasticity while reducing some uneven skin texture caused by the current dry summer. If you have especially oily sections of your face, I would recommend applying the cream during the morning and night to keep your skin consistently hydrated and plump while reducing excessive oil. I will continue to use the Soft Cream as a night cream to see what other differences I can spot in my skin after prolonged use. So far, skin firmness appears like it has increased and I like that it leaves my skin moisturized when I wake up in the mornings.
I would love to hear your thoughts on the Multi-Corrective Soft Cream. Did you see any differences after using this cream? Have you tried the other Multi-Corrective Cream version in comparison to this new Soft Cream version? Do you have any other Kiehl's products that are worth recommending?
