Flower Knows Moonlight Land from the Moonlight Mermaid collection is a 5 pan eyeshadow palette in cool tone neutrals and blues. With just 3 mattes and 2 shimmer shades, you can easily create day to night looks with a pop of blue. The matte shades are smooth, highly pigmented, and blendable, but the glitter shades are what really grab my attention. I was able to create a sultry blue smoky eyeshadow look with only a few shades from this eyeshadow palette, focusing on that dark blue glitter shade.
