Glint By VDIVOV Mini Review

I saw this quad eyeshadow palette while browsing the Olive Young website and I was immediately interested in trying it. The Glint Eye Palettes by Glint by VDIVOV are eyeshadow palette quads that invoke a smokey and moody vibe. The aesthetic to me is marketed more towards women who are a bit older than teens or young adults that other Korean brands usually target. Each palette has various textures of matte, shimmer, and glitter and you can easily create a day to night eye look using just one palette.

I ended up buying all three of the palettes and used Sunset Tonight for my makeup look this day. I was just going about and running errands so opted for a typical everyday minimal look. The pink all over the lid is very pretty and shimmery. The formula is also easy to use and blendable. Going with the theme of monochromatic pink, I used about-face Cheek Freak Blush Balm in Shagged. This was a recent buy from an Ulta haul as I really like the formula of these cream blushes. I find that blushes in balms or sticks tend to have better pigment than liquid blushes.

This Bare Vine Juicy Lasting Tint from rom&nd took at least a month for me to finally purchase on Olive Young. It kept going in and out of stock, sometimes within an hour of the restock notification. I had to make an order basically when I received the notification that it was back in stock. As of currently writing this it is out of stock again, but I imagine as more consumers make their purchases they will be able to keep more in stock. This sample size of Red Dakota is from the DedCool discovery set, also purchased during the spring Sephora sale. Red Dakota has a fresh citrus and floral scent.
